Katy Perry toned down her usual over-the-top style at the "Staples for Students" Winners VIP Celebration in LA on October 13th, wearing a cocktail dress with rose-gold bodice layered over a long-sleeved turtle neck bodysut with burgundy pumps, drop earrings, and multiple rings. Hair and Make-Up were also toned down with super straight blow out, subtle kohl lined eyes, and natural "your lips but better" glossed lip.
