Best Dressed - 2013 Grammy Awards

Music's Elite walked the Red Carpet at the 2013 Grammy Awards last night held at The Staples Centre in Los Angeles, CA.  There weren't too many trends this awards show other than a lot of black, cutouts, and razzle dazzle.  Check out my Best Dressed below.
Christine Teigen took a fashion risk on the carpet wearing a two piece Joy Ciocci black lace dress with raw lace trim, thigh-high slit, high-waisted skirt, and high neck sleeveless bodice.  Side swept curls, nude lip, smokey eye, mint green box clutch, and diamond drop earrings completed her H2T look.  Carrie Underwood looked amazing in a black Roberto Cavalli strapless gown with lace embellished bodice and sheer skirt and train.  Underwood accessorized with a 381-carat diamond necklace by Johnathon Arndt, curled long blond hair, smokey eye, and nude lip.

Katy Perry showed off her girls on the red carpet wearing a mint green Gucci Resort 2013 gown with keyhole cutout, long sleeves, and embellished neck line.  Complete will straight center parted hair, minimal makeup and accessories, and a nude lip.  Kaley Cuoco played it a little safe and looked more like she was going on a hot date instead of being a presenter at the Grammys; however I am digging her ensemble.  Cuoco opted for a Amen boyfriend blazer with black and gold baroque embellishment layered over top a simple plain white tee and skinny leather leggings.  Classic black pumps, Strak box clutch, layered gold necklaces, tasseled hair and rock star makeup completed her H2T look.

Adele was welcomed back onto the Grammys' red carpet with open arms months after giving birth wearing a floral Valentino Couture cocktail dress which perfectly accented her figure once some minor adjustments were done.  Mock turtleneck, long sheer sleeves, voluminous skirt, and matching floral pumps made this frock the perfect choice for Adele.  Completing her look was a classic up-do, signature bold lashes, nude lip, and floral stud earrings.  Kelly Rowland is on fashion fire, first the Super Bowl and now the Grammys.  Rowland wore a black Georges Chakra Spring 2013 Couture gown with sheer geometric cutouts, mermaid hem, halter neckline, and panels covers all her lady bits.  A simple up-do with blunt bang, smokey eye, nude lip, and emerald rings and matching earrings by Lorraine Schwartz were the cherry on top.

Rihanna wowed on the red carpet in a custom designed Azzedine Alaia blood red gown with pleated skirt, sheer midriff, criss-cross bodice with halter neckline, and exaggerated train.  The pop star went back to her long curled locks, finishing her look with minimal jewels and makeup and a matching red lip.  Florence Welsh was a reptile goddess on the red carpet wearing a emerald sequined Givenchy gown with thigh-high slit, 3/4 length sleeves, and dinosaur like spikes throughout the neckline, bodice, and sleeves.  Welsh completed her H2T look with matching emerald Givenchy sandals and box clutch, side swept up-do, bold dark lip, and subtle smokey eye.
